I worked with Annie Kasinecz and Diane Coyle to sell my home and purchase a town-home, both located in Downers Grove. I could not have asked for better realtors! The Coyle Team staged my home beautifully for the photos and brochures, had numerous open houses and I had an offer within a few weeks. When that offer fell through because of the buyer, it was relisted and we had a higher offer within one day. They made what the whole selling experience as stress free as possible. As for my town-home purchase, again - it was a seamless process and I really relied on Annie's expertise and she negotiated all the ins and outs like the professional I knew she'd be. Nancy was incredible every step of the way! She went above-and-beyond her "call of duty"...checking in on us we managed the rental process. She assured that we were comfortable by proactively reaching out to us - seeing if we had any questions on documents, forms, getting answers to any questions we had, etc - which was so helpful and appreciated as life's distractions get in the way! Not to mention, Nancy was kind enough to go grab the keys to our new place over the weekend so we didn't have to take time out of a hectic work day to do so. Buying: we worked mainly with Diane in searching for our "for the rest of our lives" home. We had an issue with our original mortgage company, and we thought we were going to miss out on the perfect home. After that, the whole process went smoothly thanks to Diane, and we are happily settled in our dream home!

Selling: Selling was a lot more stressful than buying! But Diane and Annie got us through it! Diane has a wealth of experience and resources, which she used to help us make our townhouse stand out in a very competitive area. Annie did a wonderful job negotiating with the buyer and keeping us updated on the negotiations. Annie was also the recipient of most of my panicked, stress-induced e-mails and text messages, and was the professional, calming, and reassuring presence that we needed to get through the selling process with our sanity intact.

Diane Coyle is just a wonderful Real Estate Agent. I was so nervous putting my condo up for sale. She made the whole process so easy. I didn't have to do anything. She, and her wonderful assistant Annie, did everything, from beginning to end. Twenty three years ago she put my home up for sale and found me this condo! She was just as wonderful then as she is now. I would never consider, for a second, using anyone but her. She answered all my questions and Annie took great pictures of my condo. It was so nice to know that I was in such good hands. They made the whole process so painless for me. I finally calmed down, thanks to both of them. They are the Greatest and make the BEST TEAM too!
